Internet Explorer has experienced an error - send report?

Recently, but more frequently internet explorer is crashing - the error is "unidentified". Anyone have any ideas about this?

I have spyware, virus and adware protection running.

Yeah send a error report cos by doing that you sometimes get a report back telling you what wrong and you're helping Microsoft develop better products, so next time Internet Explorer might crash less.

Do the usual, scan for viruses and update the computer.

It means nothing i get it the whole time just click on "don't send" by clicking on send you will send an email to Microsoft, it's not necessary! Trust me... (it doesn't mean you have a virus etc don't worry!)
The trouble is definitely with one or more add ons(plug ins) installed. To check out the add ons installed in the internet explorer open tools-%26gt;manage add ons-%26gt;enable or disable addons . If you know the add on you installed last(may be downloaded ) try disabling it.If u still have trouble try disabling them one by one.
try to reinstall the original windows (if u r not using) or if don't want to purchase original then reinstall from fresh CD.
