Every time I click on something from a drop down menu (only from toolbars) it leaves like a shadow behind. Like for example, now I have a transparent yet very bold blue bar reading "Address Book". The only time it doesn't happen is when there's already one up! It's not a virus, spyware, adware, etc because I just got the new 2006 versions of Norton EVERYTHING and scanned my computer numerous times and got nothing malacious. And speaking of that, this fiasco just started up once we installed everything. Help me please! This is so annoying.

It could be that your monitor is too old, or perhaps it's the computer in general, or you have an old version of Windows, or there's not enough space on your computer for it to run properly. Use the Disk Defragmenter (it comes with windows) and uninstall any programs you don't use.

Perhaps it is your monitor. If your monitor is old, it will "burn" things into the screen. If it is newer, then you are having trouble with either the video card or you do not have a powerful enough system for what you have installed.
