My computer is taking tops 10 min to shut down and i dont know whats wrong with it any help will be

I've ran norton virus on it nothing can up, ran AD-ADWARE nothing can up, ran spybot search and destroy nothing can up, and i also ran cw shedder and cleaned all the temporary files and it still takes forever to shut down. Any help on what could be hanging the system up. Thanks

It could be something you installed on your system that is causing this. It may be that something has moved around or has moved some of your system files. You could try to:

1. backup your data and restore to last working configuration using system restore. If that fails you could
