I get the following message: "Problem retrieving your personal information. Please try again later.Or go to Yahoo! Mail to see your information."
I've cleaned out my cache, removed syware and adware, and I don't have a Yahoo wallet (which I see was related to similar questions). Also, this happens on multiple computers but other people are able to open their own My Yahoo pages and view their email in the mail preview section. And, I know I can just go directly to my mail, but I just want My Yahoo page to work the way it was intended. This is frustrating... HELP!!!

I had the same problem when I used the yahoo beta or new home page feature. When I went back to the original, everything worked again. But, sometimes my bookmarks icon is missing. I then have to close all programs and reopen yahoo, and now my bookmarks icon is back. I also had a problem w/ viewing the text of e-mails that were sent to me. Something strage is going on!
