Can anyone tell me how I can remove "SpySherrif" Spyware from my computer for free?

I've tryed a few so called "free" spyware/adware removal programs that scan for free, but won't remove it without me having to pay to register their product. I know I have SpySherrif, how can I get rid of it with out spending money??? Can I do it myself or is there anything out there that REMOVES it for FREE?
