Spyware problem?

i got this rli bad spyware problem in my laptop. i tried removin it usin spybot search %26 destroy. it did find several severe problems %26 removed all of em. but it still doesnt seem to work coz i keep gettin pop ups frm time to time which is rli annoyin. i even tried the http://housecall65.trendmicro.com/ thing to remove the spyware. it found several porblems and removed most of em. the only one's remaining is "ADW_AGENT.AQD (says its an adware)" and "ADW_TRAFFICSOL.J (says its a grayware/spyware". how do i remove those? if i need to remove it manually how do i remove it?

I use AVG, Ad-Aware and Spybot Search and Destroy. It is always good to have a mixture of programs because while none are perfect, you can keep your system clean with a few. The ones I use are all free.
