Yield manager?

that and mediaplex.com, doubleclick. i keep getting told yahoo is trying to download stuff from these sites and theyr dangerous. htey have adware, spyware, etc. this happens EVERY single time i go to readan email or click anything on yahoo. wahts wrong? does anyone know how to fix this, if it can be fixed? i was told it gets removed and keeps reloading, . how do i prevent that? is my computer getting a virus or something?
