Help, I have a virus!!!?

Hi, I ran clamwin virus checker and this came up! I can't find any software to delete it. I have spybot, adware lavasoft, xoftspy, ccleaner, none of these can find it! Please help

If it is listed on Spyware Warrior, the software should not be used.

SecTaskMan in Google searches finds that this could be adware/spyware or an RBot worm.
