I keep getting redirected to porn sights...?

when i try to go to myspace i get redirected to this stupid porn sight. i had a virus (as well as some other adware type) on my computer but after scanning with norton i thought that i had gotten rid of all of it... ive tried a couple of things but still no myspace only porn... sometimes other sights get redirected to other non porn sights.... help!???

Viruses often change your computers HOSTS file to redirect you to other web sites by modifying it.

You could try this:

Look in your HOSTS file located at:

WinXP C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC

Win2K = C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC

Win 98/ME = C:\WINDOWS
