Does anyone know why when i set my computer private setting to medium it goes back down to accept al

i have a adware program on my computer and does not detect it all the time and i dont know why its doing that and i have a virus protection on my computer and it does not help with the private setting either so do anyone know why its doing that can some one help me

You need to run anti-spyware and anti-virus scans to get rid of this problem... I have only free programs like Ad-Aware, Spybot and SuperAntispyware, and they always fix the problems. Run these scans in safe-mode and make sure you run the full system scans.

Also make sure you run these scans AT LEAST once a week or more. Good Luck!
