I tried to install anti adware and spyware removal tools but they get suppressed(open and then close instantly)....PLEASE HELP!!!!

Sounds like you are using windows xp. You will get the taskbar on pressing ctrl+alt+del only if you go to control panel, go to user accounts, click on "change the way users log on or off", dont choose any options in there, if selected any option unselect it.
This will help you to start using the ctrl+alt+del keys.
Alternate is press right mouse button on start bar and choose "Task Manager".

Install a norton Anti-Virus at the earliest. If that doesn't help in deleting your Hard-Disk, format your computer completely and re-install Windows.
If what 'rocks2' said not solves your problem then try this: -
1.Execute the file taskmgr.exe located in the system32 folder.
2.If it doesn't exist download via internet or run 'sfc /scannow' from start%26gt;%26gt;run in winxp.
3.Search this file in your machine and place(copy-paste) it in the system32 folder, restart and press Ctrl+alt+del.
