HELP!!! Every time I visit a web page, I get pop-ups. I need to get rid of them without spending any

OK, heres the deal. I work in a hospital and I have my own desk. Only one person works in my department at a time on the weekends and when i came to work on Monday, it seems like somehow spyware and adware is now on my computer. I need to remove it without spending money because I dont think I should have to spend money to fix something someone else did. I cant just leave it there cuz if my boss (or anyone for that matter) finds out, i could get fired.

go to tools and delete all cookies and cache
Use Spybot serach and destroy.Avg antivirus,Ad aware

or use system restore to restore your pc 20 days before the adware or spyware came to your pc.using system restore is the best
