My computer is going slow, what should i do?

i know its the same question but more detail,

i did but still no good i tried adware,spybot,clean up files,back up,restarting,virus scan, everything

this is what happend i downloaded Messenger Plus! Live but i already had Windows Live Messenger, so idownloaded it then when i was trying to use the internet it wouldnt work, so i restarted the computer and i tried using the internet again and it was going slow, then i unistall plus and now its stuck on slowing down

Save ur data and files same where in an external hard disk or CD or what ever and then format and reinstall the operating system again

the main thing to back-up is ur Desktop, My Documents and Favorites

( it's in c:\Documents and Settings\"the user name")

Don't forget Outlook and any other program that has data to be backed up.

first give info , that your computer goin slow while u r on internet or even offline if speed is ok while offline than check with you internet service provider if u have dialup internet ,my friend dont expect good speed with dial up internet
