i dont know how to take good care of my PC...i mean what should i do to protect my PC from virus and hung ups...how to clean my PC from spyware, adware and other PC treats...i mean what are the PC do's and dont's

Download AVG Antivirus from Grisoft, Ad-Aware from Lavasoft, Spy-bot Search and Destroy from downloads.com, and Microsoft's Windows Defender Beta 2 Ver. from Microsoft. All of these are free programs and do an excellent job. Do update Windows often. Do update all of these utility programs I've mentioned here, and do run them often. Don't open e-mails from unknown people or companies. Don't visit Sex web sites. Do read the manual that came with your computer. Do take a course at a community college or adult education about basic computer knowledge. Do go to the library and find all the books you can on "How to use PCs-for Dummies" series.
